Obituary of Kevin Hornbuckle
"I am going to ride the train till the wheels fall off" and that is what kevin did until he took his last breath. With extreme sadness Kevin Hornbuckle's (51), battle with cancer ended Wednesday morning June 7, 2018 in his bed surrounded by his family and friends. Kevin was then greeted by his father Ralph, beloved Grandparents and his best friend Drew. He was born September 26,1966 in San Rafael, California. He graduated from Rancho Cotate High School in 1985, after that he followed his passion and attended ABC Heating and Air conditioning school in Tucson, Arizona. Soon after that he began to call himself a "tin banger" he loved working with sheet metal. Kevin was the life of the party and he lived his life to the fullest. He loved New York, the Yankees, hockey, rock and roll, and his summers in Blue Lake. He was the kind of friend everyone wanted and someone you could always count on. He was a kind and generous man who would give you the shirt off his back, if he was wearing one. His family was everything to him, and he was everything to his family. He will be greatly missed and life will not be the same without him. He leaves behind his beloved mother Sylvia, his daughter Brittany, his grandson Wesley, his sister Leslie, nephews Michael and Brenden, his Uncle Douglas, Aunt Hazel and his cousins in New Zealand and Australia, his close friends Rick and Jan Molsberry and last, but not least his beloved girlfriend Viela.
