Elizabeth was an Entrepreneur, Philanthropist, and advocate for underrepresented communities, especially the Hispanic community. Prior to COVID, she helped manage and organize the Dia de Los Reyes event in Roseland, for over 20 years. She was an avid sports fan, watching all types of games, but enjoyed her grandchildren’s sport activities the most. Nobody could keep her off the sidelines!
Elizabeth was a devoted mother and grandmother who adored her children and grandchildren more than anything else. Of all her travels, she enjoyed being at home with her family the most. She will be missed!
