She was born in Longview, Washington and moved to California in 1934. They lived in several places before settling in Cazadero and then eventually Santa Rosa. With her sparkling eyes and radiant smile, Louise found her calling in Real Estate, becoming a successful Broker. She had a rare ability to connect with people, a gift that helped her excel in new home sales in both the Sacramento and Santa Rosa areas. Louise’s ability to make friends easily was a lifelong blessing, one that enriched not only her life but the lives of everyone who knew her.

She loved and cherished her children and worked hard to provide a good life for them. They were a source of joy for Louise, as were her grandchildren. Being a grandmother brought Louise immense happiness, and she delighted in watching her grandchildren, as well as her great grandchild, grow and thrive.

A glamorous sophisticated classy woman.

Louise’s life was filled with fascinating stories. She enjoyed traveling all over the world. Visiting “every country” as she liked to say. While doing so she loved taking the trips with her Mom or anyone else who wanted to go along. In fact, plenty a trip she would take by herself just for the adventure.

She loved cooking and was an amazing chef. She enjoyed hosting parties and making others happy with just the right touch. She was crafty, creative and talented.  Loving Christmas, decorating anything, Christmas trees, wrapping presents etc.. She truly loved roses and gardening. That was a huge passion of hers. She would spend hours in the garden and had countless varieties of roses.

Her next big love, her animals. From very early on, cats and dogs. Himalayans were her favorite. The last of which was her sweet Mister Moses.

As we remember Louise, we celebrate a woman who lived with grace, strength, and unshakable faith. Her sparkling eyes, her warm smile, and her generous heart will never fade from our memories. She leaves behind a legacy of love, resilience, and faith.

In her words. Don’t be sad for me when I’m gone. I’ll be with Jesus and I can’t wait to be with Jesus.
