John “Jack” H. LeStrange

August 23, 1948 – July 11, 2024

John “Jack” Howard LeStrange was born on August 23, 1948, in Berkeley, California to James and Barbara LeStrange. Jack grew up in Napa Valley in the town of Calistoga. It was there that he met his high school sweetheart, Sarah Hafey. They married and raised their two children. Tragically, Sarah passed away in October 1999. However, fate smiled upon Jack when he found love again, marrying Susie Bernardi – LeStrange.

Jack served in the Marine Corps reserves during his younger years, and later owned and operated a successful trucking company in the greater North Bay until his retirement. His quick wit endeared him to many, ensuring that there was never a dull moment. In his leisure time, Jack enjoyed playing golf, collecting classic cars, and traveling with Susie and their beloved dog Lucy.

Survived by his wife Susie, brother Scott (Linda), son Ford (Matt), daughter Kristal Muster (Stan), stepdaughter Tori, stepson Tony, granddaughters Korinne and Maci, step-grandson Aiden, and numerous cousins, nieces and nephews.

Jack leaves behind a legacy of cherished memories. A celebration of his life will be held at a later date. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made in Jack’s name to your favorite charity.
