Jeremiah James “German” Isaac

November 12, 1983 – November 12, 2025

Jeremiah James “German”, 42, of Santa Rosa, California, was born on November 12, 1983 and passed away on November 12, 2025. He lived his entire life in Santa Rosa, where he grew up surrounded by family and community.

Jeremiah was known for his silly and spontaneous nature, his caring heart, and his reliability. He was always present for anyone who needed him. He lived life boldly, expressing what was on his mind without hesitation. He yearned deeply for belonging and to be loved — and so he generously gave to others the very love he hoped to receive. He worked hard, he loved his family fiercely, and he showed up whenever someone needed him. His hobbies brought him joy, especially video games, cars, and most of all, his truck, which he took great pride in.

Jeremiah is survived by his wife, Melissa, and by his beloved daughters, Layla Violet and Malena Everleigh, whom he adored beyond measure. He is also survived by his parents, Daphne and Bonifacio, and by his siblings, Erick, Sarah, Sergio, Lyzette, Mackenzie, Areli, Emilio, and Olivia. He will be deeply missed by his wife, daughters, parents, siblings, and by all the family and friends whose lives he touched.

From the Family

Jeremiah’s love does not belong to a single belief, tradition, or world — it belongs to every person who carries him in their heart. His life touched people in different ways, and each story, each memory, and each expression of love will continue to honor him. Even in our sorrow, we carry Jeremiah forward in our memories, in our stories, and in the love he left with each of us. His life touched countless hearts, and that love will continue to guide us, heal us, and connect us always.

And in that love, he will remain with us — not just in the past, but in every tomorrow we live. Most especially, he will live on in his daughters, Layla and Malena, whose lives will forever reflect the joy, warmth, and love their father poured into them.

“The Lord is close to the brokenhearted and saves those who are crushed in spirit.” — Psalm 34:18
