Wow, I can’t say enough. Jessica was a true blessing to my family and I. This is the most difficult time of my life but Jessica seemed heaven sent. She went above and beyond for us. She is a truly genuine and special person. I am so thankful to her for helping me through this process. Also, the flowers that Eggen & Lance’s partner florist provided were beyond beautiful. My Mom loves to garden, so it was especially important to me that the flowers be perfect, they were just that, perfect!

Troy Warren at Eggen & Lance went above and beyond my expectations and desires when it came to the cremation of my older brother after his suicide.
Everything I asked Troy to do was done professionaly and with compassion.
He went out of his way to make sure that all of my requests were taken care
of immediately. 5 stars is not enough for the job that Troy and the staff at
Eggen & Lance provided.

Thank you to Eggen & Lance for making such a difficult time into such a beautiful memory. Harry was such a kind hearted angel throughout the process and helped us every step of the way. He really went the extra miles for us in addressing our questions and concerns. From our initial meeting through the memorial service, everything was perfect. Our service was held in their chapel, followed by a celebration of life reception in their reception room. I want to express how grateful our family is for your heartfelt care and services. I know my dad was looking down and smiling at his gorgeous celebration of life. Thank you so much.

I live in Florida and my 35 year old daughter died unexpectedly in Sonoma County. Using a combination of their Website and personal calls everything was arranged with professional, personal, compassion and attention to details. Final arrangements can be difficult when local but really challenging thousands of miles away. This was not what we experienced. It was as though the staff were family.

We recently lost our grandmother and Jessica was absolutely amazing. No one is prepared to make these decisions but she was so understanding and patient with my father and siblings that it made this heartbreaking process just a bit easier. From the viewing to the day of her burial, Jessica was ready to step in and be of assistance in more ways than one. She was on top of everthing and always maintained a smile, she's truly incredible! Eggen organized everything so well and we could not have asked for better service. Thank you to all the staff but a special thank you to Jessica for relieving some of the weight off of our family.
