Passed away on Tuesday, May 2, 2017, due to heart failure. He was born and raised in Santa Rosa, graduating from Montgomery HS in 1986. He served four years in the US Navy as an Aviation Electronics Technician. During that time he was able to travel and see many of the countries around the Mediterranean. During his early years he was very ambitious and worked various jobs to earn his way to see the Indianapolis 500 race. He was always a fan of auto racing, and later air races. His laughter and outgoing friendliness will be missed by ‘The Back Straight Bums’ a group of friends that attended the Reno Air Races every September. Harley was intelligent, clever and always had a ready smile and a kind word to say for everyone. He will be sorely missed by his family; Parents Tom and Irene Clark, his brother Tom and his Aunt Theresa and numerous cousins. He was very proud of his Swedish Heritage. A Celebration of Life will be held at 2 p.m. on June 17th at Christ Church United Methodist 1717 Yulupa Ave. in Santa Rosa. A donation in lieu of flowers may be made to Forgotten Felines, P.O. Box 6672, Santa Rosa, 95406.
